Product Description
Low cement castable is the castable whose CaO content less than 3%, usually the refractory cement dosage is from 3-8%, but high grade cement is needed to ensure the strength of the castable. Comparing to common refractory castable, low cement castable has better performance in high temperature, and require less water, it makes the castable has lower porosity and higher density.
This series of castable are featured with high strength, anti-scouring, anti-abrasive, and excellent performance.
With these characteristics, the low cement refractory castable is widely used as linings in reheating furnace and other industrial furnaces.
Applications:
1.Lining of various heat treatment furnaces, heating furnaces, shaft kilns, rotary kilns, electric furnace covers, blast furnace tapholes;
2.Self-flowing low-cement castables are suitable for high-temperature spray gun linings for spray metallurgy and petrochemical catalytic cracking reactors Wear-resistant lining, outer lining of heating furnace water-cooled pipe, etc.
